We know not all therapists are a match, read on to figure out if Dr. Victoria is.

Although this this site is meant to give you stand alone tools and it will give you so many opportunities to transform your relationship, some of you may have special challenges and you may want to see a professional.

The following are very important qualities in a therapist:

1) Credibility

  • credentials

  • training

  • experience

  • ethics

  • integrity

There are other special qualities that you need to look for in a couples therapist because it's a special enterprise, different than individual one-on-one therapy.

  • neutral

  • equally supportive of both partners

    • both of you must feel this

In any kind of psychotherapy outcome, studies have made it very clear that it's not about the theoretical approach, their training, or personality as much as it's about the quality of the interaction. The the professional relationship, the human relationship. In which you feel cared about and supported. Where you feel trust, and the ability to open yourself open your heart and make the changes that need to be made so that you can have the relationship of your dreams and the life that you were meant to have. Because a passionate, and joyful life is your birthright.
